Fleurvein collaborates with trusted shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, and Royal Mail to ensure your order is safely delivered directly to your home or via postal service.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and all transactions must be verified and approved before shipment. To prevent credit card fraud, orders containing incorrect billing details or requiring further verification may experience delays or cancellation.
Delivery
Once your order is received, we begin processing it immediately; therefore, no changes (including address updates) can be made. Orders are delivered only to the address provided during checkout. You will be charged solely for the ordered items, applicable shipping fees, and taxes.
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you.
Deliveries are made on business days only — no shipments are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be sent separately and arrive on different days depending on the locations of our production partners.

In most cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur during transit. You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your email.
